Addressing the challenge of innovative technologies

Experience and a track record with a focus on valves
We are dedicated to research, development, and design while incorporating new technologies.

For many years, we supplied a large number of valves and safety valves for marine vessels. Moreover, during Japan’s postwar reconstruction period, we served the power generation and petrochemical industries.
As we developed our core industries, we continued to engage in technological research. Following the country’s period of rapid economic growth, we supplied high-temperature and high-pressure valves and ultra super critical pressure valves as our main products in response to the growing adoption of electric power generation equipment.
We have an excellent track record of supplying PWR/BWR nuclear power generation and processing plants, and we have received high praise for our advanced technology. We have taken a serious view of the role of valves in safety control in the event of unforeseen situations, and we are committed to maintaining high quality through repeated cycles of research and testing. By maximizing the expertise and track record of our experienced valve personnel, we continue to improve our technological capabilities. Moreover, we remained focused on the discovery and development of new products and services in an effort to open up new markets for our technologies.

Development

Accommodating increasingly sophisticated power generation facilities and plant equipment
We are a group of specialists working to ensure highly reliable functions and performance standards relevant to pressure resistance, airtightness, and ease of operation.

Design

In our design department, we have created an environment ensuring efficient design by effectively utilizing existing data in our database in accordance with applicable laws, customer specifications, and in-house regulations.

Analysis

Fluid analysis simulates the flow in valves designed to control high-differential pressure fluids. Stress analysis is capable of performing numerical calculations of the load on the entire valve. The experimental data is fed back to improve the volume analysis, diagnose valve performance, and predict wear patterns.
